WARRANTY POLICY
• We stand behind the quality of our products, however, we know that occasionally defects occur. We guarantee our products against workmanship or material defects for 45 days from the delivery date with proof of purchase. These items must make their way to us: clean, dry, and odor-free. We will cover the shipping costs on all warranty claims. All approved warranty claims will be resolved with either an exchange or store credit--no monetary refunds will be issued.
This warranty covers:
• Stitching
• Snap Issues
• Elastics
• Other sewing defects
• Holes discovered upon arrival
• Irregular Shrinkage or deformity
• Delamination
• Cracks in PUL
• Heiko's products
Our warranty does NOT cover:
• General wear and tea
• Staining
• Fading
• Leaking/Repelling
• Pilling
• Issues that develop due to improper wash
• 3rd Party Manufacturer products (please contact the manufacturer)
