SHIPPING

• Orders over RM120 ship is free for Peninsula Malaysia, over RM200 is free for Sabah&Serawak

• International shipping is available through DHL/PosMalaysia at current rates.

• Orders with in-stock items usually ship within 1-3 business days.  If your items are out of stock, you will be contacted by customer service.

• Order Cutoff for same day shipping is 10:00 AM, shipping every Monday-Thursday

• Lost or Damaged Packages - If your package is lost or damaged, we will re-ship your order at no additional cost to you. A lost package is defined as a package that has not arrived at you after 30 days of shipment and does not have a confirmed delivery by our courier.

• Missing Package - If your package has a delivery confirmation please check with your local courier according to the tracking number we share to determine where the package may have been left. We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address. 

RECYCLED PACKAGING

• To preserve the environment we encourage customers to reuse, recycle or repurpose the packaging items as much as possible since we do not use any plastic in our packaging.
